Scott has spent 15 years working for the Jefferson County Trails Team. Scott oversees volunteer coordination and contractor management.

Tony Overlock

Open Space and Trails Operations Supervisor, Town of Breckenridge Open Space & Trails

Tony has worked with the Town of Breckenridge Open Space and Trails team for over 15 years. In addition to managing all trail design, construction, and maintenance projects, he also oversees the Town of Breckenridge’s volunteer program. His passion for progressive trail design concepts and sustainability has helped define Breckenridge’s Open Space & Trails network as a leader in mountain biking destinations. Tony’s current focus is in improving user experience and creating inclusive opportunities for all user groups.

Frances Boulding

Recreation and Cultural Stewardship Supervisor, City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks

Frances Boulding manages the recreation and cultural stewardship programs for the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks. Program work spans visitor use management, designated and undesignated trail monitoring, recreation ecology, permitting, human dimensions research, visitation statistics and visitor surveys, archeology, tribal relations, and rehabilitation of historic farmhouses for agricultural leases. Frances has a degree in Geography and Conservation Biology and has worked in and on trails since 2008.

Todd Juhasz

Trails and Use Visitor Research, City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Department

Todd Juhasz is a Trails and Visitor Amenities technician with the City of Fort Collins Natural Areas Department. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation Management from Northern Arizona University, and is pursuing a master’s degree in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at Colorado State University. Since his early days as a Boy Scout he has designed, constructed, and maintained recreational trails for various state agencies, the National Park Service, US Forest Service, and Larimer County Natural Resources Department. His current work with the Natural Areas Department involves studying social carrying capacity indicators such as visitor satisfaction, conflict, crowding, and safety. In his free time, he enjoys flyfishing, hunting, backpacking, skateboarding, and restoring his family’s ancient, rattle-trap Jeep XJ.

Gabe Wilson

Trails Coordinator, City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks

Gabe Wilson has worked with the City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks for 14 years and manages design, construction and maintenance projects using in-house staff and contractors. He has a degree in Parks and Recreation from North Carolina State University.

Luke Svare

Northeast Region Trails Manager, Colorado Parks and Wildlife

Luke Svare has worked for Colorado Parks and Wildlife for over 10 years. He is currently the NE Region Trails Coordinator where he assists with Colorado Parks and Wildlife's OHV, snowmobile and non-motorized trail grant programs. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Wildlife Biology from the University of North Dakota and also holds a degree in law enforcement. Prior to coming to CPW Luke worked many seasons as a wildland firefighter for the US Forest Service.

Dan Allen

Trail Project Specialist, Colorado Springs, Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services

Dan has been designing and building trails for over 10 years. Dan got his start volunteering with the Washington Trails Association, and Mount Saint Helens Institute while living in Washington State. Dan moved to Colorado Springs in 2012 to work with Rocky Mountain Field Institute, a Colorado Springs-based non profit that mobilizes volunteers whilst working on trail projects in the Pikes Peak Region. Dan now works as the Trail Project Specialist with the City of Colorado Springs.
